Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Prices and Payments

  • Prices: All prices are in Euro (€) and include VAT.

  • Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

  • Gift Cards: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

2. Cancellation and Rebooking Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling with full refund (100%).

  • Less than 24 hours or No-Show: 100% charge of the amount (no refund).

  • Weather Conditions: In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions, the tour/rental will be canceled free of charge with a proposal for a new date or full refund.

  • Cancellation by the organizer: In case of unforeseen events or failure to reach the minimum number, you will be notified promptly with a proposal for an alternative date or full refund.

3. Requirements, Rental and Deposit

  • Age and Documents: Age of majority (18+) or accompaniment by a parent/guardian. A valid ID is required upon arrival.

  • Time of Arrival: Please arrive at the office (Piazza Giacomo Matteotti 9, Empoli) at least5-10 minutes earlier of the established time.

  • Security Deposit: For e-bike rental, a credit card pre-authorization of €300.00 per bike is required (amount only blocked, not charged).

4. Liability, Damage and Theft

The customer is responsible for the custody of the vehicle. In the event of theft or uncovered damage, the following costs apply to the customer:

  • E-Bike theft: €2,500

  • Battery: €700 | Charger: €150

  • Display/Computer: €80 | Padlock: €15

  • Saddle: €30 | Helmet: €20

5. Optional 'Assistance Plus' coverage

You can activate accidental damage coverage only during check-out:

  • Level 1 (MTB/Gravel muscle) : €5/day (max €100 deductible)

  • Level 2 (E-Bike Front) : €10/day (max deductible €150)

  • Level 3 (Full E-Bike) : €15/day (max €200 deductible)

  • Included: Accidental damage to components, bike repair or recovery on site.

  • Excluded: Frame breakage, theft or loss of the vehicle.

6. Privacy and Data Processing

Personal data (Name, Address, Email, Telephone) are collected for the sole purpose of providing the service and managing the booking, in accordance with the GDPR Regulation. The payment data is managed securely and encrypted via SSL protocol via Holdbar/Stripe.
